I love, love, love this skirt. However, it runs extremely small. I’ve ordered other items from UR and knew that I would need to order a larger size in this skirt. I’m 5”10 and wear a size 12 US. In this case, I ordered size XXXL The XXXL size is too big on me but I did not return the skirt instead I had a tailor to alter the skirt to fit me in the waist. The quality of the material is excellent. The price is affordable. From the time I ordered the skirt to the time I received the skirt was approximately 12 days. There are so many women ordering this skirt and posting their pictures on Instagram. The skirt photographs well in pictures and is even more beautiful in person. I received a lot of compliments on this skirt. The bubble hem skirt is a trend right now. I wish UR offered this skirt in other colors like Black, White or Red because I’d buy all of them. The description indicates the waist is elastic, however, there is the tiniest bit of stretch in the waist...size up. For reference, I'm a 12 - 14 in skirts, i purchased an XXXL and the waist is just a little loose, my caboose makes up the difference though. I'm 5'6" and the length hits mid thigh.

Every time I've ordered from UR, my purchase didn't fit according to the size. Always too small or cut too small. For example: a XXXL is not a true to fit XXXL. In my opinion, it's more like a XL. If that's a China XXXL, then I understand why because China made garments are always cut too small.

Skirt is cute but it took a very long time to receive it. My biggest issue with UR is shipping, I ordered a lot, but they came in so many packages at different times, that it was hard to keep up. I received a few items I did not like, but I kept them because I was trying to wait to receive everything and then return one package, but it took too long to receive everything. UR is at the bottom of my list of places to shop because of inconsistency in quality, fit and shipping.

Love the skirt but it is NOT an elastic waist. It is a flat waist band with a side zipper. Luckily, i was able to fit a large (I'm 5'4" 162 lbs). Just something to be aware of if you order this skirt. Shipping takes a long time (about 2 weeks) but again, it's a really nice piece and well made.
