Rib Knit Sweater

I returned items about a month ago. Followed up with emails inquiring about my return/reimbursement recently and the only response I’m receiving is to write a review about what I ordered. I’ll likely have to dispute but the bank will want to know if I made contact. This is my 4 attempt.

Be aware sizes are small I’m a small I order a medium and still didn’t fit , I return with no problem I go the money back , I keep the only stretchy item that fit me ,is good quality

Ok, I try to be extremely fair and truthful. I bought the sweater about a month ago and did not open it until today January 11th to wear it to a meeting but there was a hole in the left shoulder so I could not wear it While the texture and quality was excellent, I cannot understand how a blouse with a hole was able to be shipped out to a customer? So I am not exactly happy with the purchase as I could not wear it because of the hole

i thought i was helping out a local company instead to find it is chinese fast fashion... which is not an issue as long as it is disclosed. i love the sweater, i've received compliments. however after the second use one of the shoulder buttons unraveled. i'll fix it as i'm not trying to send this back to china... but i am disappointed that it isn't disclosed as a fast fashion website. in terms of the sweater, it's thick, and looks very well made... minus the non reinforcement of the buttons the price point is too high for what it is.
