Shoes were too small. To do a return I had to pay almost $47 to ship them back, then was told I can receive a partial refund in the amount of $38. Will never make another purchase.

I placed an order got a notification my order arrived but never received the boots. I reached out to the shipper who could not provide proof of delivery. Had to submit a claim through my bank to be refunded. I do not like the fact you can not speak with a customer service representative to help resolve an issue.

I ordered two sizes as I was unsure which size bit would fit. I also spent almost half the cost of the boot to return the bigger size. The return policy is buried in the website and not particularly good as most companies offer free shipping AND returns. Given the return policy, I would not shop here again and I have already recommended against this store as it took WAY too long to see my refund in my bank. I felt like shopping here was a hassle!

I received my boots very quickly after ordering and they did not disappoint! They look like they do in the ads and they fit great! I wear a 9/41 and they are very comfortable. I love that they’re different and stylish! The price was great as well. They are vegan leather but look like the real deal.

Based on the European sizing and pointed toe, I went up to a 42. I normally wear a 40 or 41. It fit well, maybe a little big but a thicker sock will fix that. I took off a star because one boot had a glue stain on the denim. It's a hassle to send it back so I'll have to figure out how to remove the glue.

Originally you sent me the wrong size shoe. It took a long time to get the corrected shoe. The event I wanted to wear the shoe to was over by the time I received the corrected shoe.
