Keyhole Neck Sleeveless Knitted Dress

I am completely pleased with this dress. It is a stunning piece, and I’m glad that I’ve added it to my wardrobe collection.

Cute dress but did not like in me. Quality was good. Comfy. Stylish. I wanted to return and the process is horrible. Cannot actually speak to anyone and it is one way without any response.

This dress is fire!

I have placed two orders with Urban Revivo. The first was for the denim cut out dress, which I love. There was no problem with delivery and the quality is great. However, I placed a second order for the black fringe dress and the delivery company stole my package (I believe that did). I reached out to Urban Revivo two or three times and all I got was an automated message that they had received my message and someone would get back to me. I called the delivery company, Uniexpress at least four times and sent as many emails. The first excuse was that they could not deliver to the address that I had given them (even though it was the exact address that I had received my first order). I gave them a new address and they still wouldn't deliver it. They kept saying that they would send it but never did. I won't order from Urban Revivo again because when I reached out to them and gave detailed information including the name of the person I spoke to at the delivery company, they did nothing. I ended up reporting it as fraud to my bank so I could get some resolution. It was a horrible experience and I will not do business with the company again nor recommend.
