Keyhole Neck Skater Dress

Cute dress but way too small. I based my order on the measurements in the size guide. And what I normally wear. Contacted Customerservice. Got a response wanting me to keep the dress, even though it didn’t fit with a 30% discount I don’t understand the sense of that. I submitted for an actual return. It said my return was under review. Never heard back, attempted to contact but got No response. I doubt I’ll ever order again.
