Loose Wide-Leg Pants

My first experience was great because I had no issues. But when you have an issue with the product that’s when they get nasty. Condescending emails, multi emails to get the information to send back a product. Just awful. The clothes are very nice but the customer service is the absolute worse. They have received the product back. I know this because I paid for tracking and go figure almost 14 days later, not when I sent it but when they acknowledge that they received it I still haven’t received a refund.
