Puff Sleeve V-Neck Knitted Cardigan

The sweater runs a little small in my opinion, but I still wore it in more of a “sexy” way. The material is very thick and kept me nice and warm during a cold rainy night out. It’s a rich chocolate color which so chic right now.

Love the cardigan. The quality is better than I expected, however it does run a little small. Not sure if it’s too late to exchange, if so, I’ll give it away and purchase a medium.

I contactedver v your company because the sweater is too small and was given options to keep sweater and receive a discount. I am not certain as to the exact terms but initially I accepted and then declined. I have made several attempts to return the sweater for a full refund to no avail. Customer service is not accessible and I have no way to return a sweater that I can not wear. Initially I was very pleased with your product but because I can not use the sweater I feel disappointed with your services.
