I love your products but they take too long to arrive. This dress I love the style and fabric but it is way too short. I wanted to send it back for a large but it took so long to come I fear that it would have taken even longer for an exchange, so it’s still sittting in my closet unworn. Maybe I will use as a top.

I’ve ordered four times from this company. Five items total. I’ve only kept one item. A knit cardigan. Every other item I’ve ordered is extremely small not true to size at all. And on top of that, the return/refund policy is awful. First, I had to pay for my return to Omaha, Nebraska and it’s expensive. Now, I’m STILL waiting for my return to apply to my account for an item I returned in April 2024. I just recently returned another package to Omaha and it costs $17 to return and my refund has NOT BEEN APPLIED YET. ITS MAY 2024.

Loved this dress. If you are a tall girlie be warned that it is short. I’m 6’0” tall and I’ll need to wear shorts under the dress to ensure that my bum is covered!

I received an email stating my package was delivered. I went to retrieve the package only to see no package present. After noticing the email stated the package was delivered the day prior. There was several attempts to find out what courier delivered the package. At this very moment no one addressed the matter..
