i do believe the sizing is off, some of the quality is great but some not so much, i ordered 2 black tops the back of the collar is detach from one the tops. i also tried to do a return, i was told to waited for approval, it took weeks i had to send an email asking about a per order and why i didn't get a respond regarding my return . as for the pre order items i didn't get an expected ship date. the email respond i finally received, was just your return is approve and pre-order items take time.

The clothes aren’t very sturdy, my cardigan while comfortable basically unstitched completely along one arm. The white shirt I got is ill-fitting. But I liked the faux leather maxi skirt

I have two of these sweaters both are lovely, unique and warm. My only issues is they run small. I just ordered another one, this time through Amazon but got a larger size this time.

Sweater is oversized in one way (sleeves) but cut small/revealing is you have a chest. Not even just if you're busy, but even if you are small chested, the dip is very low [if you want to wear it without a shift under]. I bought the XXXL which is labeled as a U.S. size 14. It is neither a US 14, nor an "XXXL" for any American-sized person. Since it is a knit, it works for me. It will definitely NOT properly fit anyone larger than a small 16/18.
However, the material is thick/heavy. It is substantial but not harsh. The gold abstract shaped button is a great accent. I now have three colors because I like it so much.
