I. Terms & Conditions Of Gift Card Giveaway:

1. Gift Card would be sending to you through email by Sept. 30th, 2021. 
2. Giftcard Valid from Sept. 30th to October 17th, 2021 (11:59 pm PST).
3. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. 
4. Urban Revivo reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these rules in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

II. Terms & Conditions of Urban Revivo “Weekend Getaway” Giveaway

1. The getaway hotel could be Westin Missions Hills Golf Resort or any other hotels in equivalent.
2. The hotel suite must be exchanged by Nov 7th, 2021 and the check-in date should be confirmed within 1 week after we announce the winner.
3. The “Weekend Getaway” winner and his/her friends can get extra outfits from Urban Revivo.
4. All winners need to post a story on Instagram and show the gifts.
5. The “Weekend Getaway” winner needs to wear the dress code and take at least 2-3 photos with short videos to post on Instagram/Facebook and tag @urbanrevivo.intl.
6. Urban Revivo will have the permit to use the content created by “Weekend Getaway” winner and his/her friends.
7. The winner should confirm the gift by replying our winner congrats email within 7 days after we announce the winner. The winner email address we contact will be the one left in the order. Urban Revivo reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
8. Cancelled orders will not be counted.
9. The gift cards will be expired on Nov 23^rd, 2021 PST.
