The sweater is very soft, and it fits well. I am 5'3" and 125 lbs. and ordered a medium. I could probably have fit a small, but I wanted a looser fit. The sleeves fit perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase.

STUNNING! Classy and perfect for work, travel, or running errands. I purchased the cardigan in the pink color but will definitely order the white and black once they restock. Contrary to the details noted in description, the cardigan does offer a nice stretch. In my opinion, this cardigan is thick, warm, and surprisingly of very good quality. For reference, I am 5'1 and ordered the XS. It feels well, sleeve length is good, and it reaches just over my belly button. Therefore, if you are taller, this may fit cropped. Additionally, I would say it is slightly loose when buttoned. I ordered a size S in a different Urban Revivo cardigan model and that one also seems to fit well. Therefore, I do not believe there is a significant difference between size XS and S (for stretch materials).

I encountered some difficulties when returning(side note: some returning items shipping cost is on customers), but their service team is professional and solved my problems eventually. Overall a good buying experience.
